Frequently Asked Questions.
Here are some common questions regarding the spring auction.

How does bidding work?

After registering an account, you may bid on the auctions. The starting bid is the minimum bid.

Proxy Bidding – All auctions have proxy bidding enabled. Enter your maximum bid and the auction system will auto-bid on your behalf, in $5 increments.

If you have been outbid, you may enter a new higher bid.

Winning Auctions After the auction closes, if you are the winner the auction item(s) will be automatically added to your cart. A buy now button will also appear for you on that specific auction item page.

When checking out, enter your address and be sure to include your telephone number so we may contact you regarding your items.

Terms By bidding, you agree to pay in full for auctions in which you are the winner.

What payments methods do you accept?

As of this year, we are only accepting payments directly on this website via credit or debit card. When the auction ends you will be able to purchase your winnings on the page of the item you won, or in your account (which you can find on the top right of your screen).

I selected pick-up. When can I pickup my purchase?

Pickup will be Tuesday, November 14th – Thursday, November 16th in the school office during regular hours. Please reach out to the PTO if you need to make other arrangements.
